Bio

 

Keagen Briggs enters his first season as Head Coach of the Men’s Soccer Program, after spending the previous season with the Cougars as the Goalkeeping Coach for the Men’s & Women’s teams. Briggs also spent time with his alma mater Seton Catholic Central Knights serving as an assistant coach with the Boy’s Varsity team and the head coach of the Boy’s Modified Squad in the Fall of 2018. In his season with the Knights, he helped them reach the Class C State Quarterfinals for the first time in over 10 years.  He also served as an assistant with the Cougars Men’s Basketball Program during the 2018/19 season.

The Plattsburgh native, played four years of Varsity Soccer for the Knights

Upon Graduating, Coach Briggs was a four year collegiate athlete with the SUNY Potsdam Bears. Briggs was part of the Bears’ most successful team in program history in 2015. In his senior season, Briggs received the 2017 Men’s Soccer Coach’s Award and was a two time member of the SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll in Fall 2016, and 2017

Briggs received a Bachelor’s Degree in History from SUNY Potsdam in 2018.
