CCC hosts Beekmantown Girls Basketball
During the Thanksgiving break, Clinton Community College hosted the Beekmantown Girls Varsity Basketball Program. Due to work being done on their gym floor, the Eagles of Beekmantown reached out to CCC for a place to practice. Through cooperation on both ends, both programs were able to come to an agreement. Beekmantown used the gym for two separate practices. Head Coach of the Eagles Kate Munson-Duprey thanked the college through Facebook saying, "I want to send a huge shout out to Clinton Community College especially Donna Dixon and Kevin Daugherty for their kindness and accommodating Beekmantown Girls Basketball for two practices last week. Our gym floor was being resealed and Neil Fessette and myself would have been without having practice from Tuesday-Friday then having to play in a tournament on Friday. The true sense of community lies with our community college and the people working that facility. we are very thankful to be part of it."
